That's what we were doing on the eve of Christmas Eve. Watching A Christmas Carol - with a grandchild or three tucked up around us, a couple of grown sons sprawled on the floor in front of us and all of us tucking into copious amounts of homemade buttered popcorn.
It just wouldn't be Christmas without at least once watching Scrooge experience his epiphany.. (this year it was twice).
