These forms are crazy. After the last hacker scare, folks were encouraged to change all their major passwords. I tried to change my password, but I couldn't find that option. This is at a bank. After much digging I found that you have to go in as if you forgot your password. Then you have to wait until the company emails you. Then follow the site link and then do something else, then, then, then...Honestly. Although there may be lots of info online, a lot of it not user friendly. I feel your pain Dave.
