Some years ago, while working with som...Great post!<br />Some years ago, while working with someone who seems to wear her anger all the time, like a favorite garment, I started getting into the same habit.<br />It felt good, on some levels. But it didn't feel good on others. Then it occurred to me that anger feels very empowering, and that's why it felt so good.<br />That realization made it easy to give up the habit.
